Compression therapy (Pressotherapy) is a non-invasive treatment that involves air pressure alternating between compression and decompression. This procedure can help with lymphatic drainage, eases aches and pains, and flush the body from waste any build-up.

At the end of life, whether at home, at a hospital or at a care facility, the dying, their families and clinicians must work as a team to facilitate one’s palliative care journey. Frequently, care circles must communicate under challenging conditions such as fatigue, sleep deprivation, mental and emotional loads, different elements of legalities and the unpredictable element of time.

As a death doula,, I am here to assist patients and their families manage physical aches, mindset and environment, act as an intermediary for nurturing or mending relationships and hold space for navigating grief, handling triggers & fears. I can help one navigate death and dying whether it be a profound and meaningful healing experience, or simple and straight forward, while applying a trauma-informed, culturally appropriate, anti-oppressive approach.
