
F/S Silent Retreats
Ugnayan silent retreats are curated away from the city to offer guests a space to decompress, ground, rest & recharge with the loving support of community and nature therapy. These 4-day retreats are organized in the fall & in the spring to not only nurture ourselves, but also to prepare our intentions and goals as we transition in & out of the grueling winter blues, also known as seasonal affective disorder (SAD), or seasonal depression.
Whether you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, defeated or isolated, these gatherings are meant for artists, professionals, students & parents who feel called for a change of pace. Our sacred silence offers healthy food, group meditations & movement, journal prompts, massages, energy work, divination & intimate sharing circles.
