F/S Silent Retreats
Our silent retreats offer guests a space to decompress, ground, rest & recharge with the loving support of community and nature therapy. These 4-day retreats are organized outside of the city in the fall & in the spring to to self-nurture and set intentions or goals, as we transition in & out of the grueling winter blues, also known as seasonal affective disorder (SAD or seasonal depression).
Whether you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, defeated or isolated, these gatherings are meant for artists, professionals, students & parents who feel called for a change of pace. Our sacred silence offers healthy food, group meditations & movement, journal prompts, massages, energy work, divination & intimate sharing circles.
