At Ugnayan, we believe that being of service to each other is an act of self-care. In a community, the members transform, grow and move together, based on their shared visions, values, morals, experiences & spiritual practices.
Our 4-day silent retreat offers guests a space to decompress, cleanse & ground with the support of community. This event is meant for artists, professionals, students & parents who feel lost, overwhelmed, and/or isolated, and feel called to heal with community.
These retreats are organized purposely around the fall and the end of winter, to support the transition through and from the cold winter season. Our sacred silence include meditation, light foods, group stretching & yoga, journaling prompts, massages, energy work & intimate sharing circles.
