Develop your sense of touch and spatial awareness. You will be guided through personalized stretches & self-massage techniques, based on your aches and needs. Relieve yourself through movement, breath, postures & self-massage. Build the habit of self-soothing and take it everywhere you go! Please consult your doctor if you have any health conditions. By booking this service, clients acknowledge that massage therapy is not a medical treatment for bodily aches & discomforts. Women's Home Service: +30$ Late cancellation fee (48h): 50$/h

Cancellation Policy

1. All appointment changes/cancellations must be notified 48 hours BEFORE schedule, or a $50/h fee will be charged. 2. Clients who are late to their appointment may not receive the entirety of their treatment, depending on availability. 3. Insurance receipts can only be given after a service is rendered, and can NOT be given to services paid by gift card.
